The objective of community impact is to identify the greatest needs in our community and apply resources to meet the needs.  The goal of our community impact program is:

þ     Identify high impact needs within Lake and Sumter Counties

þ     Identify potential partners to resolve community impact issues

þ     Begin community impact programs through partnerships and funding alternatives that can address community needs and become self sustaining programs

þ     Determine realistic outcomes for individual community impact programs and ensure all partners are meeting outcomes

This year's community impact areas are food, violence, and prosperity.
